If you want to talk about how I can help build muscle or burn fat, contact me. Thank You!

Once again, it was my great pleasure to have Tom Ventuo on another podcast.  A while back, Tom took some time to tell me about his Fat Burn Files.  In this episode, I ask Tom many questions that I’ve received over the years.  They are timeless debates, myths and frustrations that almost everybody who picks up a weight finds themselves facing.

Thank you Tom for spending one hour and 33 minutes of your time sharing the knowledge you’ve obtained in 20+ years of bodybuilding.

Some of the things we covered on this call:

  • How many hours does Tom Venuto spend training?
  • Does he ever skip meals or make mistakes?
  • Can you change your body time over time?
  • The importance of goal setting
  • When to cut and when to bulk
  • Split routines vs. full body
  • Tom’s award winning cardio for leanness
  • Muscle building plateau busting ideas
  • and much much more!

You did an excellent intervieww/Tom V. Your questions were very well presented & I like your inserting your own experience too- very helpful & most informative.

I appreciate all the questions & points about "older" training & how you can't keep lifting heavy(ier) as you get older. I'm 48 & have a good base from heavy strength lifting, but have found the injury level increases as I keep trying to go heavier.

Your interview was one of the best I've listened to so far- keep up the good work.

This interview was amazing and answered pretty much all questions I had about recreational bodybuilding. I'm going to be saving this and listening to it again later.

    Thanks again Marc & Tom!

Great interview questions. You really asked the ones people wanted to know the answers to. Good tips too - the goal setting and being realistic about still living your life. The morning workout questions were very interesting.
  • Tremendous natural bodybuilding interview, Mark. I'm 43, and the insights you pulled out of Tom's head (plus your own) are golden! This type of Information keeps us from "over-thinking", and relieves a lot of uncertainty we often have, in regards to our training.
I just found your site and I'll be coming back!
    Again, great interview!
