So after YEARS of not being able to see results despite changing my workout routines and cutting calories, carbs..etc..... my recent trainer took a look at my diet and told me I wasn't getting enough protein (probably 40-50 grams max) and that my calorie intake was about 1200... this was two weeks ago, and I changed my protein intake to 115+ grams a day and between 1500-1900 cals.. same workouts (30-120 mins cardio 6 days a week) ( 1 hour weight training 2-3 days) and i've actually lost weight (about .3 lbs a day..but it's better than nothing!) people have always told me I wasnt getting enough calories but I never really thought I'd lose weight by eating more...and I'm definetely not complaining :) lol, but what exactly is causing the weight loss..the increase of protein or calories.. or both? and is it likely to continue? ( i have about 10-15 lbs to shed)
----------------------------------------------
Karen Walter

workouts

This is cool stuff, as abs are one of those things that everyone wants to develop but it takes a hell of a lot more than doing crunches (and badly at that), all hours of the day.
Its the one area that combines all the elements of fat loss, from nutrition, to workouts, core stability, posture and stretching.

I'm definitely interested in getting this product, sounds pretty comprehensive.

For anyone looking at getting some information on ab workouts, i'm running a series of posts on my Free Workout Routines blog
