Tren Xtreme by American Cellular Labs.
QUESTION:
I have been doing research on this Tren Xtreme by American Cellular Labs. Some of my friends have been taking this stuff and I also hear that a lot of LA County Sheriffs take this as well and from what I hear they highly recommend it. So far this is very legal and you can buy these at any Max Muscle store. It looks like this is just another designer steroid though and I am not sure about taking it due to it being a "Pro-Hormone" supplement. I was just thinking that maybe I should consult you first and see if you had any reviews or suggestions about this. Can you let me know what you think?
MARC'S ANSWER:
I've heard many random reviews about Tren Xtreme from gym-goers. Many of them felt stronger on it. That's not too shocking considering it's a pro-hormone and from what I've read, being banned.
Many things like this are "legal" but that doesn't make them good for your health. Taking a pro-hormone which manipulates your hormones like testosterone thru chemical interaction isn't the same as taking whey protein or creatine. Let me tell you, not all supplements are the same. Too many people focus on that instead of busting their butts in the gym with a better, more intense workout program.
Being as honest as I can, I wouldn't suggest those type of supplements. I have no doubt many of them work. However, you can build an incredible body using natural foods and hard work. Far too many people get caught up in supplements and their nutrition slacks and their training is based on how they feel when using some supplement.
In my 7 years at my current gym, I've seen guy go from bean poles to 2x my size, ripped and muscular.. looking on top of the world and every single one of those guys.. yes.. every single last one...
Went back to their pre-supplement size (I'm sure they were taking something more than a legal pro-hormone) and now they are small again.
I've kept my size and put on muscle for the last 7 years using only minimal supplements.
Point is... that product is a pro-hormone, and I'm not much of a fan. However, it's legal for now but it may be banned because it falls into that whole pro-hormone category that was banned a few years ago.
Taking that is entirely up to you. If you do, follow the directions and direct any questions and concerns directly to the company. They should have answers and other issues from customers if any regarding your experiences.
A lot of pro-hormones don't work but many of them do. Some works as well as illegal substances because frankly, some do contain illegals and the company hasn't been caught! It's a scary industry and one which requires the consumer such as yourself to really be aware of what you are taking.
If my answer has been confusing, I do apologize. It's a legal substance for now and I'm sure it does work. But I'm not much of a fan of pro-hormones. I don't do a ton of research into them as I focus more on nutrition and training and very basic supplements. I'm sure if Tren does get banned, there will be another product in a few months that will work just as well if not better. It's just loopholes my friend. Change a couple of chemical bonds and now it's not "illegal" anymore.
The choice will be yours but whatever you decide to do, follow directions, monitor your progress and discontinue use if any adverse affects occur or you feel something isn't right. I can't recommend it to you because I'm not much of a fan.
Sincerely,
