Relaxation Techniques for Optimal Recovery
Question:
Sometime I feel that my muscles are really tight and need break. Is there anything such as Massaging or taking a break after a month or after a stipulated period of time. The Trainer of my Gym told me that you have to massage your body (monthly) to get your muscles relaxed. Do you have any idea or information which can help me. Because I have felt many time that my muscles get so stiff that if someone stretches me then I feel pain.
