Easy Bake Pumpkin Pie Protein Cake

Ingredients:
1 – omega 3 whole egg
1/2 cup or 60g raw pumpkin
1/4 – 1/2 water
1/2 cup oats (Bob's Red Mill or grind your own into flour)
2 scoops vanilla whey
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Optional:
15 grams of pecans or walnuts
