Bodybuilding Forum – For Those Seeking Support
Just had a quick announcement for you. They say it’s VERY important to have a support group so why is fitness any different?
FACT: It’s not.
Basically, a community based forum to discuss bodybuilding topics can be one of the most overlooked steps in any goals you are trying to achieve. Having people to reach out to when you’ve got questions, or need advice is extremely important.
Have you heard the phrase, “Strength in numbers?”
I run this forum with my partner Kris Anderson of Supplements101.com. We both wanted a bodybuilding forum that was a little different than the rest. Hopefully we’ve got something unique you might enjoy!
Here’s the deal…browse the forum. If you like what you see, join up, it’s totally free. It’s moderated and we do not allow spam posts, flames, personal attacks and things we wouldn’t like happening in our own house.
And it’s well moderated by a team of fitness and bodybuilding guys and gals that love the sport. They are there to help.
Considering the amount of information in this forum, that is a CRAZY deal, definitely worth checking out.
I’d highly recommend at least taking a quick glance and seeing if the forum offers something of value to you!

In common and historic usage, alcoholism refers to any condition that results in the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages despite the health problems and negative social consequences it causes.
